Brownsburg, IN – RFMS Racing driver Travis Braden takes to the track in the Shore Lunch 200 tonight at Lucas Oil Raceway in Brownsburg, Indiana. The race will be televised LIVE on MavTV beginning at 9 p.m. EDT. Braden continues to make strides after a strong run at the General Tire Grabber 100 this past Monday in DuQuoin, IL, where he led over 15 laps before a crash ended his day early with 30 laps to go.
“This past race, we really showed some vigor. Despite things not going as planned, we still have some things to celebrate. We TOOK the lead and led for fifteen laps, more than we have all season combined. RFMS Racing, our sponsors, and the team were disappointed that we got spun out with thirty laps to go. Fortunately, we do not need that car for any of the remaining races in 2018, but it is still a huge bummer to see the damage. It is essentially a total loss,” Braden said. “Our spirits are high and we are going to be coming in with a lot of tenacity at the Shore Lunch 200 at Lucas Oil Raceway tonight. We are still fourth in driver’s points and are looking for a win finish before the season is over.”
