Marne, MI – RFMS Racing driver Travis Braden takes to the track in the Primera Plastics 200 this Saturday night at Berlin Raceway in Marne, Michigan at 8 p.m. EDT. Braden continues to make strides after his best finish of the season, as well as climbing to 4th in driver’s points at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield, Illinois.
“That was an incredible race that left RFMS racing, our sponsors and I thrilled. We were able to achieve our best finish of the season in the most improbable race event of the season, at a DIRT track! I had never driven on dirt until our one and only practice, on race day morning. I think the result says a lot about the focus and effort our small team has right now. We knew we had a shot to even the playing field and we capitalized. Now we’re up to 4th in overall driver’s points, too!” Braden said. “We are now preparing for the Primera Plastics 200 in Marne, Michigan on Saturday. We tested our short track car at Lucas Oil Raceway on Monday, and I think it could really boost our performance at both Berlin and Lucas Oil Raceway, which is next month. With just a few races left, and a very tight points battle, we’ll be coming in with a lot of enthusiasm and intensity to run strong consistently and hopefully steal a win before the season is over.”

Braden is a two-time ARCA/CRA Super Series Champion, and is continuing to be committed to the ARCA Racing Series for the remainder of 2018, where he’ll work hard to emerge as a driving force in the ARCA Racing Series and beyond.
